(3) After defoaming, the glue is evenly dripped on the sign with a small beaker or syringe, such as the crystal glue on the edge of the sign cannot flow (basically can be walked), and the small needle can be used to pluck it so that the glue is evenly applied to the surface.

(4) Gel curing: After coating the signage, the gel time is about 25 °C for 3 hours at room temperature; the curing time is about 36 hours at room temperature. Or put the coated sign into a constant temperature drying box at 60 ° C and completely cure in 3 hours.

(5) If the customer has special requirements, the gel curing time and the softness and hardness of the glue after curing can be appropriately adjusted according to the customer's requirements.

(6) The amount of glue dispensed, the customer can control itself, the remaining glue shall not exceed 1 hour.

2. Operation method of hard thermosetting crystal glue:

(1) Prepare before configuration as above.

(2) Weigh the A and B components of the required crystal glue in 3:1, stir well, and then drop on the sign.

(3) Gel solid: the coated sign can be placed in the oven at about 60 ° C and heated for 1.5 hours; or left at room temperature for about 13 hours to dry.

3. Operation method of PU polyurethane crystal glue:

(1) Before configuration, the two components A and B of PU crystal glue need to be weighed at 100:100 and prepared as above.

(2) Weigh the A and B components of the required crystal glue in 1:1, stir well, and then drop on the sign.

(3) However, the hand drip PU speed is slower, the environmental humidity requirements are higher, and the relative humidity should be between 40 and 60, so as not to cause late foaming. It is recommended that pu crystal glue use a drip machine, see the instruction manual of the drip glue dispenser.
