You can achieve enhanced bonding results by following these steps:
1, the first adhesive surface must be cleaned and dried, it is generally recommended to dip the cloth with 1:1 IPA (isopropanol) and water mixture for surface wiping and cleaning, until the surface is completely dry.
2. After the solvent is dried, the EVA rubber pad tape is attached to the adhesive surface, and the pressure of about 15PSI (1.05 kg/cm2) is applied in a drum or other way to make it effectively bonded.
3. Tear off the tape release paper, and then paste the material to be fitted, and also apply 15PSI pressure to make it effectively fit. If bubbles need to be removed, the pressure should be increased to the maximum extent that the item can withstand.
4. The ideal temperature when pasting is 15-38 °C, not less than 10 °C.
5. When the tape is bonded, one end should be fitted first, and then slowly pressed to the other end to reduce the probability of bubbles.
